We consult and counsel with those who wish to be treated holistically and/or  medically for a variety of issues that may originate from nutritional deficiencies, multiple stressors, chronic pain and illness, poor lifestyle management and normal aging. We also treat a variety of mental health disorders including anxiety, depression, substance abuse, ADHD, and others with supplements such as herbs, vitamins, amino acid therapy, homeopathic suggestions, exercise, diet, lifestyle changes, and other holistic health recommendations. In some cases, the use of medication is appropriate.

We offer addictions counseling for those who are suffering from addictions or compulsive behaviors including alcohol, drugs, prescription medications, as well as compulsive gambling, sex addiction pornography, food addictions, compulsive internet, gaming or social media use, excessive working, impulsive excessive shopping, and other compulsive, self-defeating behaviors. People often engage in addictive behaviors to avoid difficult thoughts and emotions that seem to be intolerable, as well as unresolved trauma or grief. We assist those suffering from these issues to gain a more fulfilling     life of recovery.
