Chris Kraft MSW, LCSW

Chris Kraft MSW, LCSW Christine Kraft, MSW, LCSW has recently joined Aspire Counseling Solutions and brings over 20 years of experience as a licensed clinical social worker specializing in the treatment of children and their families.  She is dedicated to keeping up with emerging findings about the human brain and child development to inform her treatment and strengthen the ways we nurture, protect, support, educate and heal children. She treats individuals and families that have symptoms related to post traumatic stress, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, attachment, stress and transitions.

 

Chris utilizes various therapeutic methods, including Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Eye Movement, Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Play Therapy and Family Systems Therapy. She works with children from birth to 18 years of age and their families with a flexible schedule to meet the needs of working families and school-aged children, including evenings and weekends.

Gaye Diederich MSW, LCSW

Gaye Diederich MSW, LCSW believes that therapy can be beneficial to everyone. She has been in practice for over 17 years using a strengths-based, client centered approach to support clients on their journey. Gaye has experience working with diverse, multicultural populations, including individuals, families, couples and groups. Her specialties include working with those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma and other life changing situations that may cause obstacles that prevent one’s growth.  As a part of this process, she enjoys the challenge of working with people to problem solve. Gaye is an in-network provider for many insurance companies and has a flexible schedule including days, evenings and weekends by appointment. She also sees individuals and families in crisis, usually within the same week.         

 

Gaye has experience in various treatment modalities including Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy  (ACT), Mindfulness, Family Systems, Motivational Interviewing MI) and Solution Focused Therapy (SFT). She enjoys working with adolescents, adults and senior adults.

Tammie Milliken MA, LPC obtained her first Master’s degree from the University of Santa Monica in Spiritual Psychology and a second Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute. Tammie’s specialties are in working with trauma and addiction, both of which, she believes, are experienced by everyone. She is a depth psychologist with a systems perspective and relational way of being.  Tammie’s approach seeks to reduce disturbance and promote healing by endeavoring to understand the meaning and needs underneath the symptoms and how, through a collaborative effort, symptoms and difficulties can be used to lead one to experience more integration, wholeness, and contentment. She is available Monday through Thursday from 9:00 to 6:00 PM and is currently working on getting credentialed with EAP and major insurance companies.

Tammie uses multiple treatment modalities and is a certified trauma therapist and certified EMDR Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing therapist. She also utilizes Family Systems, 

Depth therapy, self-psychology, Internal Family Systems and Emotionally Focused Therapy (Sue Johnson) for couples. She enjoys working with couples, families, adults, adolescents, and children 6 years and older. 

    

Frank Vargas MSW, LCSW is a native to Arizona and graduated from the University of Arizona with a masters in counseling. He is bi-lingual and speaks fluent Spanish. He has thirty plus years of experience working with families, couples, adults, adolescents and children in a variety of treatment settings. He works Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays, with evening appointments. He also takes crisis, and same week appointments.

 

Frank utilizes a variety of treatment modalities to address his client's needs, including Eye Movement, Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive-Behavioral therapy, Solution Focused, Motivational Interviewing and Brief Therapy. Frank accepts numerous insurance plans but particularly works with those clients who have Medicare plans. He see adults, couples, families, and children/adolescents 8 years old and over. 

Lorel Humburg MSW, LCSW

Lorel Humburg MSW, LCSW has joined Aspire Counseling Solutions from South Carolina where she has over 25 years experience as licensed clinical social worker. She is bilingual and speaks French and Spanish. Her experiences include individual and group work, in addition to therapeutic forms of body work. She accepts most major insurance plans and works Monday through Wednesdays.

 

Lorel provides individual and family therapy by integrating a variety of techniques and modalities, including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement, Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Hypnosis, Family Systems Therapy and Mindfulness-based techniques. She sees clients who need general mental health counseling, relationship and marriage counseling, family counseling, and counseling for adolescents and children approximately 10 years and older.

Rita Weatherholt, MS, LPC, NCC, brings a lifetime of real-world experience to her work as a counselor.  With career paths spanning 30 years in advertising, communications, and non-profit management, Rita understands the importance of authenticity and presence in every human interaction.  Rita comes to counseling with a strong belief that each individual possesses an inherent understanding of their own situation, their own strengths, and therefore, their own best solution to whatever life presents.

 

She meets each client where they are, integrating a variety of techniques and modalities, including person-centered approaches, yoga-informed mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), choice theory, and family systems-informed work.  She honors her partnership with each client, providing a space for self-empowerment. Rita sees clients who need general mental health counseling, relationship and marriage counseling, family counseling, adolescents and children, and court ordered adult populations. She is available Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. 

    

Deb Hayes PhD, LPC, LISAC, HHP, PLLC brings real-life experiences as a doctoral level psychotherapist licensed in counseling and substance abuse, with certification as a holistic health practitioner. As a holistic health practitioner she offers natural, alternative solutions for many health issues related to nutritional and lifestyle issues, chronic illness and/or pain, as well as those associated with certain stress-related disorders, depression and anxiety. Dr. Hayes sees adults and couples. 

 

Dr. Hayes offers a variety of treatment modalities such as Eye Movement, Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Energy Psychology (Holistic Mind/Body Work), Hypnosis, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), Adlerian, Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT),  various Family Systems therapies, Psychodynamic, Person-Centered, Faith-based therapies, exposure therapies (ERP), mindfulness-based therapies, Dialectical Behavioral therapy (DBT-individual only), Reality/Choice Therapy, Gestalt, existential therapies, Motivational Interviewing(MI) and integrative/holistic therapies. Her 30 plus years of experience in helping others not only provides a counseling framework in which to be more effective with your concerns, but to be efficient with your time and resources.
