Christine Kraft MSW, LCSW brings over 25 years of experience as a licensed clinical social worker specializing in the treatment of adolescents and adults.  She treats individuals and families that have symptoms related to post traumatic stress, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, attachment, stress and transitions. Her counseling style is laid back. Her clients have described her as a person who is easy to open to.

 

She will provide a safe, non-judgmental therapeutic space for you to talk through any issues you are working on. She likes to focus on identifying your strengths and help you maximize them to overcome your obstacles. She will help you sort through the difficulties you are currently experiencing and process any past events that you are working through. 

 

Chris utilizes various therapeutic methods, including Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Eye Movement, Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Play Therapy and Family Systems Therapy. 

 

She works with adults, adolescents from 12 to 17 years of age and their families with a flexible schedule to meet the needs of working families and adolescents in school, including evenings and weekends. Chris is telehealth only and sees clients from Tucson, Phoenix and statewide.
