We consult and counsel with those who wish to be treated holistically for a variety of issues that may originate from nutritional deficiencies,  multiple stressors, chronic pain and illness, poor lifestyle management and normal aging. We also treat a variety of mental health disorders including anxiety, depression, substance abuse, ADHD, and others with supplements such as herbs, vitamins, amino acid therapy, homeopathic suggestions, exercise, diet, lifestyle changes, and other holistic health recommendations.

Although this is not an exhaustive list, typical treatment interventions include encouraging a healthy diet and living, nutritional support, herbs, alternative medicine, mind-body medicine, exercise, decreasing toxicity, acupuncture, massage therapy, stress management, healthy thinking and psychological health management, and spiritual renewal. When these habits and others are practiced, the chances of optimal health are achievable and disease may be prevented or at least alleviated.

For those interested in holistic/natural medicine, Dr. Hayes addresses a variety of issues relating to depression, anxiety, ADHD, chronic pain management, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, thyroid dysfunction, food sensitivities, toxicity, weight issues, insomnia, women's health, arthritis, irritable or dysfunctional bowel issues, headaches, and typical stress-related disorders. In addition, as a holistic substance abuse counselor she is able to address various substance abuse issues holistically with alternative medicines as well. She is able to assist many clients in getting off many or all of their antidepressant and antianxiety medications by practicing alternative/natural medicine and psychotherapy with your physician's approval.
